Braza manages returns and exchanges on a case-by-case basis to ensure we meet your needs and concerns. We stand by the quality of our products and want you to be completely satisfied with your order.
Returned or exchange items must be clean, new, odor-free, unwashed and in the original packaging.
NOTE: Due to sanitary reasons, products with a hygienic seal on the package cannot be returned if the seal is broken.
Products that have a hygienic seal are noted on the product description page along with a Size Chart so please make sure you order the correct size before you place your order.
If your return or exchange is approved you have 30 days from the date of purchase to return your item/s. Once your return is received by Braza and is in acceptable condition you will then receive a credit back on your initial credit card or gift card.
All Promotional or Sale items are not eligible for return or exchange.
While we strive to accept all returns, damaged/unsaleable items will not be credited or refunded. Should you wish to have these items returned to you, we are happy to do so provided you contact us in writing and include arrangements for the cost of the return.
WHO PAYS FOR RETURN OR EXCHANGE SHIPPING?
If you are returning or exchanging an item, you will be responsible for the return shipping cost unless Braza accidentally sent you the wrong size, style or color.
SHIPPING INFORMATION:
FREE SHIPPING on all retail orders over $40.00 in the Contiguous 48 states. Merchandise will ship by U.S. mail or UPS Ground, unless otherwise selected from other options available and agreed to.
NOTE: Order must be over $40.00 after discounts are applied to qualify for free freight.
Special promotions, (discounts) apply to merchandise only and not freight. If any items ordered are out of stock, we will advise you and if you would like the available merchandise, we will be happy to ship this and cancel the balance.
All claims must be made within ten days of shipment.
HAWAII & ALASKA ORDERS: All orders shipped to Hawaii or Alaska will incur the following shipping charges:
$12.95 for orders up to $100.00 and $16.95 for orders between $100.01 and $150.00.
Free Shipping on orders over $150.00.
INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING
Outside the Continental U.S. & International Orders
We are able to ship orders internationally but we unfortunately cannot accept orders for international shipping through our website.
Orders to be shipped outside the United States or outside contiguous 48 states must be placed by phone, fax or mail only. If you wish to place an order that requires international shipping, please place your order using one of the following contacts:

When placing your order, please provide an e-mail address in order to best facilitate timely communication. Upon receipt of your order, a customer service representative will calculate all applicable shipping and handling charges, and will contact you (preferably via e-mail) with notice of total charges for your approval. The customer is responsible for any duties and taxes. The order will not be placed until you have received and approved notice of all applicable charges.
If we have not heard back from you within 48 hours of our notice of charges, we will cancel your order and no charges will apply. Upon receipt of your approval, in-stock merchandise will generally be shipped within 24 hours.
Back ordered items are subject to additional shipping charges, and once available to be shipped, a customer service representative will again contact you with notice of the additional charges for your approval.
Please Note: All international shipments are sent via UPS, International addresses that are not insurable by UPS. International shipments are subject to all applicable customs restrictions.

F.O.B. Lee MA. Our standard trade terms are, (subject to credit approval) Net 30 days, date of invoice. All others are Credit Card or pre-paid company check for exact amount of invoice.
90 Day Return Policy:
Exchange slow selling merchandise after 90 days for other merchandise. NOTE: This does not apply to Promotional or Sale items as they are a Final Sale.
